Provided by YP.comColorPro has solid work. They are quick and clean. Just make sure you get a clear quote from them and you’re going to need to be a bit proactive in your orders. Though I requested an updated quote, I didn’t see it through and wound up being invoiced for 400% initial quote. 1/3 bad experiences is pretty good though right. The staff is nice though. It was just a simple human error, but be ready to bear the full brunt of Their mistakes.
We appreciate the kind words regarding our staff and our service, William. Thank you. It's our goal to work hard for our customers and provide good services and quality products. In the spirit of full transparency and fairness to us both, we do want to clarify some of the details surrounding your order. When you placed your rush banner order, you were quoted for a specific size, but when we received the artwork from you, the banner was actually larger in size than initially quoted. When we contacted you to notify you of this and let you know that our estimating manager wasn't readily available to give you an updated price for the different size, you said it didn't matter and you just needed to have the banner printed as it was time-sensitive. So, we proceeded with your order. You picked up the banner, said it looked really great, thanked us for the fast turnaround and used it for your event. We let you leave without paying your invoice with the expectation that you'd take care of it in an equally prompt manner. After 6 months of trying to collect payment from you, you said you didn't need the banner, wanted to return it, and gave complaint regarding the cost. We explained why the price was different and as a courtesy in addressing your concern, we gave the product to you at our cost, which was far less than the 400% markup you stated in your review above. We did our best to provide you with fast turnaround, good service, and goodwill via the price discount despite the 6 month attempted collection period. In hindsight, we would prefer to have waited to move forward with production until our estimating manager was able to give you updated pricing). But we wanted to make sure you had your product for your event and moved forward anyway. Lesson learned for us and something we take forward in improving our service. As a note, the situation has gratefully been reconciled. We completed our website updates to now provide real-time price information for banners and other products (something we were working on and was not yet available at the time of your order—the reason for why our estimating manager needed to re-quote your project). Again, we are grateful for the opportunity to serve you and are very appreciative of your kind comments regarding our work and turnaround. We simply want to present the details of this experience as they were and to assure our customers that we will always do our best in being fair and transparent when addressing any potential issues that may arise with their orders. I own a small business and I was looking for a printer to take care of my business printing needs. One of my friends recommended ColorPro and luckily I took his advice. ColorPro has the best service around, and their quality and prices are tough to beat. They took good care of me and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs printing, graphic design or web design. I plan to use them for my next new website too.
