I have visited this business many times and have felt that the owner and some of the staff are very rude and uppity. There prices are ridiculously high compared to other stores who carry the same items.
It is apparent that they do not value relationships. I had heard from other shops nearby that the owners are very cutthroat and greedy when it comes to carrying some similar merchandise. They visited a new boutique in the same area, walked the store, critiqued the items, didn't speak to the owner, and noticed a similar candle brand handled by both of them. Instead of introducing themselves and welcoming this new small business, and saying something to the new boutique owner to alert
her of this, they immediately called the vendor to complain. This is a terrible way to conduct business in a small community shopping center where word of mouth means everything.
Shame on this woman and her daughter, they should know better!
I used to buy a lot of things from them, but not anymore, and I will tell everyone I know how they treated this young entrepreneur of a small boutique.

I have tried multiple times to shop at this store, each time I am treated so rude because I have my children with me. Any business that treats customers this way is doomed to fail. I hate to break it to you, but you are located by a children's clothing store and target. You will get shoppers with little human beings.

Our first experience was meet with great products and great service. That was two years ago. Since then the prices have jumped AND the service is awful. The employees aren't friendly or helpful and only speak to customers if they are sought out for help. Extremely disappointed in our experience the last three visits and are looking for alternative places to shop.

This store is SO overpriced. I mean outrageous! I frequently shop at Pottery Barn and they look cheap in comparison. I know for sure that there are several other local home stores in the area with almost identical items priced far more reasonably. And to top it all off, the employees are unfriendly and unhelpful. The owner was even rude! With the steep markup on all their inventory, the very least the employes could do is be friendly! I am writing this review so that anyone who is considering going shopping there, may know that it is really not worth it.
