They do not care, none of the three even cared enough to reply:

I ordered a bagel and cheeze with my coffee at your Library store
The bagel was stale, I did not say anything just covered it with the cheeze.
When I got to the second half I needed more cheeze so I went back and asked for some more. The barista handed me one and asked for 65 cents, I assumed it was a joke and laughed as I took the cheeze.
It was no joke, they really wanted the money. I gave them their "pound of flesh" and asked for the manager. The fat manager came over and apologized for the staleness, said they only come once a week and can get a little old. She told me it was the owner's policy to charge for extra cheese.
You have the most expensive Gib's Bagels in town, keep them too long and then nickel and dime me for the cheeze.
I am writing to you because I believe that the manager must have made a mistake. A national chain like Dazbog would not be like this. I read that McDonalds started charging for extra ketchup and had to back away from that after it costing them thousands, I know that this must have been a mistake.
I have been a big Dazbog fan but I can vote with my feet too.

Provided by YP.comThe urine stained couch, of which I attach a picture, is only one of the many things wrong here.
I went in on Sunday morning. There was no one else there, no one, really. This should have been a sign.
I ordered my drink and headed for the couch, which I noticed was stained, so I selected a table by the window.
The music was unbearably loud. I asked the waitress to turn it down.
She explained that if she did and the owner caught her she would get fired. But I only got this after catching her in the lie that she couldn't.
I asked to speak to the owner. She gave me his number. I called him. What a jerk he proceeded to tell me that I did not understand business and was just generally rude
I know why the store is empty, and so do you now.
On Tuesday I went for coffee again. This time to Starry Night, and shared my story with the owners there. They gave me the "dazbog special". They have a free drink special and guestbook for those that share a dazbog story. LOL
No wonder that Starry Night is opening the cart in the Museum right next to the Dazbog

Provided by YP.comThe coffee is the worst and the most expensive. The owner is rude and opinionated. The facility is noisy and cramped.
Let my experience save you. There are other coffee shops very close
