I had avoided this vision center in the past just because it was in Wal-Mart (a store I try to avoid whenever possible), but it was where my company sent me to get my glasses replaced when I had them broken by a patient. I was more than pleasantly surprised. Dr. Jackson is friendly, knowledgeable and down-to-earth; he took the time to explain how my prescription had changed, and my different options for glasses and contacts.I never felt like I was being rushed along so he could get to the next patient. The whole team is pleasant, professional and courteous. They also have a pretty impressive selection of frames, including the "trendy" thick ones, at really reasonable prices. Overall, I experienced much better care and customer service here than at the place I'd been going to for the past several years (I'll just say it rhymes with "Proctor's Mission Quirks"). I highly, highly recommend Jackson Eye Care to anyone.
