Fort Collins, CO. - Be wary. I just spent $75 and wasted a week. We have good credit, more than triple the rental amount in income, no evictions. Still, they took our money and gave no explanation as to why we were turned down.

I have to say this was one of the worst rental companies I have used in a long time. They are no easy to work with, have problems tending to maintenance issues, and are overall not a place to rent from. They do not return phone calls, and do not stick to their word. I do not recommend this company for renting ever!

This has to be the most poorly managed property service company in Fort Collins, disregard for private property, horrible HOA service and maintenance. I highly recommend avoiding this company. POSTED ON 7/12/12.

Awful, awful, awful. The only thing they are good at is stone walling and keeping your money when you are trying to get away from them.

Last summer our trash can was taken away because it was left out until Thursday morning....our trash day is Wednesday. I was very ill, gone to the doctor, prescriptions the whole nine yards to prove my case. My brother is a former marine, been to Iraq twice, did I mention disabled? They would not give us our trash receptacle back without paying a $25 fine.....really, let's pick our battles!!

I have lived in Willow Lane Townhome Community nearly 8 years. Faith Property is the worse I have ever encountered! Why doesn't the community board smarten up and decide to fire this Company? We don't have a permanent contract, thank God! Come on peoples, wise up!

"Most unprofessional and nasty people I have ever come in contact with. My parents just moved to this area and I stayed one night and oh my.....I parked in the street. After Mike (one of the managers that live next to my parents) told them that you can park in the street for 24 hours only. You would of thought I broke one of the 10 commandments. However, the next door neighbor parked his 40k pickup in the same street the same night and no nasty words by management or note on his car. Also, I didn't have yacht either. Which by the way sat on the other street for four days and no nasty words or notes. Wow can't believe I can't go see my parents with out being told to f....off by a managers wife for just asking about the note. Never have I ever been treated like such trash and discriminated against because we drove our 1994 Jeep. Guess I should of drove the Hummer. Think twice before moving into this neighborhood!!!! P.S. I have been with this company for three years now and just signed on for a fourth and I have only had one complaint. I was late making a payment and instead of charging me the 10 penalty at the time of payment they sent me a letter two weeks later asking for the payment and assessing an additional processing fee. However, on a whole they have been polite and courteous to me and quick to respond to maintenance calls. I don't know what COlovin went through or if he was a tenant or owner, but i have had a very different experience.

We would give this business an F all around as they did not even come close to meeting our expectations. Their rep was several (5) hrs late meeting us, it took several phone calls and several lines of run around to find out where their rep was, and in turn we were treated very very poorly by them once they did arrive.######After rudeness from everyone in their office we will no longer do business with them and would recommend them to noone.######After dealing with other companies in the business we'd recommend ANYONE over them. We found their lack of attention in several areas rude and very unbusiness like.######It is now costing us more now to repair all the damage they did, pay for a lawyer and etc than we ever imagined.######Likes in regards to this company: None. Dislikes: the rudeness of their employees, their lack of attention to customers, unethical business practices, overcharging for undone work, this list could go on for quite awhile.######Would your recommend the business?##
