This husband and wife team are empathetic and well organized. The facility is just lovely and comfortable - and they are comforting.

Horrible degrading experience. They allowed a fraudulent death certificate to be issued even after I alerted them to the fraud. The owner refused to help, they released the remains to the wrong person, and made me pay for all corrections and the re-issue of the corrected death certificate. Instead of dealing with this situation with compassion and logic and dignity, the owner hung up on me. They didn't choose the right thing and my daughter was the victim of their self-righteous defense. DO NOT use this business if you're looking for compassion and dignity. They wouldn't know the right thing to do if you put neon lights around it.

Terrible, horrible, degrading experience. They allowed the girlfriend of my ex-husband to falsely put herself down as "spouse" on the death certificate without any proof of marriage which shut my daughter out of her father's estate. Not only did they not apologize for their mistake (I alerted them of the facts the day after he arrived) and not correct the error, they made our family jump through hoops and then PAY for a reissued certificate. They even sent his remains to her and it took us months to get them back. The owner was condescending on the phone and hung up on me when I was trying to obtain information. Take your business elsewhere!

Chris helped me through the difficult process when my husband died and then my parents. He is very caring and his prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend Goes.
