Extremely unprofessional service. When we moved in the used bait and switch, advertising $850 a month for a two bedroom but it was really $1250. Tried to contact the property manager multiple times, even leaving notes on their desks and voicemail, with no reply. Put in a request twice to have our dryer looked at to ensure that there wasn't lint build up in the exhaust, a major fire hazard, and got no reply. The multi-story buildings have no fire escape, just a single stairwell! On one occasion, our bicycle trailer was stolen and we ask them to ask if anyone had any information and they said, "we don't do that." Then, I witnessed another resident's bikes being stolen, contacted police, and the police asked if I would contact the property manager to have them notify residents that bikes were stolen so that they can identify their bikes, get them back, and prosecute the thieves. I reached out to the property manager and received no reply and no notice was given to residents at all! They won't even cooperate with police for their residents! There are no security systems and a poorly lit, very small parking lot. This is a terrible, horrific place to live!

Rent is way higher than what it's worth. Maintenance and building construction is poor; management is a nightmare. Not worth the money.
