I had been suffering from daily headaches and neck pain for more than a year. I was desperate. A friend referred me to Dr. Hand, so I set an appointment. I had never been to a chiropractor so I was really nervous. He and his staff were so friendly. Dr. Hand was great at explaining what was wrong with my neck and what he planned to do to help me. His adjusting technique was so gentle. He loosened up the tight muscles in my shoulders for the first time in a year. After a few visits, my headaches were gone and my neck felt great. Unless you have had persistent headaches, you don't know how it can ruin your daily life. I highly recommend Dr. Hand to everyone I know. What a great overall experience.

My low back and leg pain was so bad I could hardly sit in my desk chair at work much less swing a golf club. At first I was skeptical, but after the first visit I was sleeping better. After 3 visits, I was getting through my work day with minimal pain. In just a month, I had forgotten about pain at work and was playing 18 holes. He gave me some exercises to keep my spine aligned. It wasn't any instant cure, but it really changed my life!
