We are sorry that the person below had a difficult experience with our billing process. We have been providing radiology services to northern Colorado residents for over 11 years, and served over 30,000 patients last year alone. We receive a large number of glowing reviews from patients and have many patients that insist on having all their imaging done here. Our billing process is similar to other medical practices; we send out two bills 30 days apart, followed by a final notice to contact us within 30 days or the account will be referred to a third party collections company. Our patients have 90 days to either pay or at least call and set up a payment plan that the patient can afford. This is not outside the norm of any medical or similar service. We want to work with and help all our patients to be able to get the imaging needed in a cost effective manner.

If you ever have work done here, be very careful of their billing/collection practices. I have a client that is 67 yrs old and was sent to collection for a misunderstanding on his deductable on his account. Untimately the account was sent to Account Brokers of Larimer County, who also should be recognized for the horrible service they provide too. In several efforts to get authorization from Harmony Imaging to tell Account Brokers it is ok to remove the collection from his report, we were told it was reported correctly and they would not do anything to help him out. In short this one "paid collection" account for a whopping $550 cost my borrower several thousands of dollars in interest/fee's on his mortgage loan. It was the only negative thing on his entire report, so clearly not a life style choice, just bad business on their part.

I took my son here when he first had his kidney stone and we didn't know what was wrong. The staff there was helpful to me as well as my 21 yo son. I was not pushed aside, but asked how they could effectively help him. Thanks sooo much!!
