Irish Elementary School, located in Fort Collins, Colo., and founded in 1968, is affiliated to the Poudre School District. The school offers a variety of academic and cocurricular programs to more than 300 students in grades prekindergarten through nine. It enrolls students from diverse ethnic, social and economic groups, and its cafeteria offers a variety of food items for breakfast and lunch.
