tried to call and order parts ahead of time, was transfered 2 times & was hung up on. transfered third time 5 minutes no one picked up. have been going there since 2005, not anymore. purchased a boat from them, always ordered parts from them, & had my boat serviced by them. not very happy with the service. looking at a new boat for 2014 won't be buying it from them.

Called to ask about service for my boat. Operator put me on hold and paged the service Dept. several times, (4 times to be exact) and no one picked up. Operator asked for my name and number which at this time didn't care. BBB shows a A+ rating hummmm.

The staff at Island Lake is great to work with. We have purchased two Sea Ray boats from the dealership and would recommend Island Lake Marine and Harris Sports to all of our friends. Jerry G. was great as our salesperson and Scott J. is a man of integrity as the leader out there. They never failed to go the extra mile to help us out and we wouldn't buy our boats from anyone else.

We have 4 boats used by a government agency and Harris Sports services all of them. The Service department is a family run business and a separate business from the Sales Department. Their Mercury mechanics are highly skilled and knowledgeable and have provided excellent diagnostic and repair work to maintain our fleet.ThanksJ

I've had a great experience every time I've visited Island Lake. I've trusted them through 2 boats of service and questions. Always been a huge help and very knowledgable.

I am new to boating and have a lot of questions. The guys behind the counter are very helpfull and actually talked me out of spending a lot of money on a stainless prop that my engine wouldn't support. I highly recommend them!!

Sorry that you guys are having such a rough time with this business. I have personally been using this facility's service department for quite some time without any problems whatsoever. The staff are always knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond to help out. Both my husband and myself have been thoroughly pleased and definitely continue to use this facility for all of our servicing needs!

Agreed. I made an offer on a used boat and they ignored me. The owner (Harris) is not personable and the staff act like they are always doing you a favor. Harris needs to retire and sell out to someone who can better serve the public.

I spen 35K for a new boat that I discovered had issues. it has been to Island lake 4 times now still isn't fixed, I have spoken with service amnagers, now they are ignoring me.I would not reccommend this place. Service Sucks
