This jimmy johns messed up my order pertaining to food allergies twice and even on the second time of me driving all the way back to the restaurant, the sandwich still contained ingredients I specifically said I couldn't have. The employee who was handling the situation didn't offer any compensation except for a new sandwich. Sandwich making is not rocket science, the employees just don't take the time to listen to an order.

The service is fast and the food is average. When I was there, they had cold sandwiches only.

the best tasting sandwiches anywhere. I think the secret is in the bread. they use tip top ingredients and they make it so fast it feels like a time warp. their delivery is fast, but I like going inside because of the fun atmosphere. definitely not your average sub shop experience! I would invest and start a franchise in every city if I had the time.
