My car needed a battery. Took care of details over the phone. Quick response. They replaced it with no extra charges. Courteous and professional, and skilled. It's nice they care about helping others. Patient, answered questions, checked the fluids. Considerate providing the best service. It was nice to be treated with kindness and compassion. Thankful to have had a positive and helpful interaction.

I had a great experience with this company unlike some reviews. They were fast, courteous and got the job done. They even sent a photo after. Fee was average. Very pleased they got the job done quickly. Give them a try! My experience was very good!

RUDE RUDE RUDE!! And did I say Rude? If these people were the only tow services on the planet, well, thank God they aren’t. Not sure which person is worse. Karri or the husband but they are nuts!

Business to Business Rating. I have "worked" with this company for 2 months trying to get set up towing regularly off our site. They had family issues and I was patient and understanding and pushed things off over and over again. After things had settled down with them, I began asking when they were going to come drive through the property to do the work we had agreed upon. I called them every 3 days almost because the "drive throughs" werent happening. I am begging to give them work at this point. I called and asked if they were going to come tow the car that had been tagged for a week now and I called 3 times about it and they said they didnt know when they could get to it. Not sure how they are going to stay in business when the business is towing, but they dont tow.

One of the most UNPROFESSIONAL towing companies, good luck trying to find the place with no signs, no customer service unless you're paying, pointless BS charges that add up to a ridiculous amount, they just want to take you're money and go home, looks like they literally do not care about anything else.

Pedro is a liar who can't seem to spell or understand that they parked illegally that parking lot is stated on 14 signs not to park there so there for since he can not spell or even make sence maube he can't read either karri's towing offered a drop fee instead of towing it to there yard impossible to block some one in once the vehicle is strapped to a wheel lift and raised in the air so lets see here how much more is he going to lie about next. Karri's towing goes above and beyond to help customers so don't believe everything you read online they could be lies like this idiot posted!!!!

My friend was at her car before the tow truck had put it on the lift they wouldn't let her live and blocked her in and proceeded to illegally tow her and told her the only way to get it back was to pay their fee of 70 which is wrong when they illegally towed her wrist company ever don't use them

I called in for a friend to find out their hours of operation so they could avoid an extra fee, I was greeted with "Yeah" and nothing but questions, avoiding answering my simple question. I was passed off to another person who claimed to be "Hank" who informed me their hours of operation for vehicle recovery was 24/7. "Hank" then went off on me and accused me of wanting to sue them and told me "See you in court" right before hanging up on me. This is the new name of H and K towing, look them up and you will see why I received such poor service just calling in for a quick question.
