Awful experiences until I dealt with Pamela over there. I believe with her at the wheel people will be heard and actually get some service and relief from this company. She listens to understand and cares about her customers which I really appreciated. Experience prior was 1 star but after Pamela it is significantly better. Wishing your organization well going forward.

Try to find something even remotely positive about this company online! Go ahead and look, I bet you can’t. They are absolutely terrible, unprofessional, condescending, ridiculously rude and 100% bully. Even after pointing out THEIR clerical error in sending our dues letters to ALASAKA even after sending the previous years due to the correct address they refused to budge on late fees and lawyer fees. The lawyer weirdly enough sent the collection letter to the correct address. I wonder where they got that.... After several forms of proof and the most excruciating email exchange and 45 minute phone call with the horribly rude, snippy, annoying and stubborn Olivia herrmann, still zero common sense was applied to the situation. These people will be voted out at our next town board. What a waste of money. Several neighbors have had similar issues. If you are a new development company looking for someone to run your HOA, run the other direction.

Unprofessional, uncommunicative, and TERRIBLE customer service. Clearly from the other one stars this is their mode of business.

My husband and I have owned our town home since 2003 and have had the worst experiences with Kellison Corp. So much so that we moved out of the town home. It just really seems like David Pond the manager is just really unhappy. He was so rude and unprofessional and must not like his job very much. I wouldn't suggest moving into or buying homes managed by Kellison Corp. it doesn't seem like it would be a deal breaker, but the HOA Management really effects your entire experience in your new home. Dealing with rude HOA management is so infuriating, because they are supposed to be helpful AND you are paying them!
