LaVida greens is all about growing fresh. Delicious greens right here in the city. We are probably the most local growers at the Farmers market. In fact. We grow just two and a half blocks from it. The first question we usually get is. How do you do all of this in the city? Our answer is always the same, "come take a look!" The first piece of our urban gardening system is the yard CO-OP. this is exactly what it sounds like. We partner with friends and neighbors to use their yards to grow vegetables. The second piece of our system is our salad skid. This is the backbone of our operation. The salad skid produces fresh. Pesticide free greens 365 days a year using highly efficient micro lighting. When we bring these skids to the market. Our customers will be picking the greens live. Which is as fresh as it gets!.
