awesome place to eat. great variety. cozy restaurant atmosphere.

Extremely slow. Sushi bar is understaffed. When you finally get the food, it's nothing to write home about. Owner/manager was rude and abrupt. Go elsewhere.

While most people rave about Suehiro in old town, we actually prefer this lesser known restaurant. Mt. Fuji's is less fancy and located in a strip mall type location but it is still enjoyable. The staff is wonderful and the owners are often there and they are pleasant to speak to. However, their sushi is on par with Suehiro and Tempura is better. The pricing is quite reasonable as well.

Mt Fuji has some of the best sushi & sushi rolls in town, or anywhere for that matter. ###The Dynamite roll is to die for. The atmosphere is good and the staff is always very friendly and pleasant. I would highly recommend MT Fuji to anyone who loves sushi.
