Provided by Superpagesshe is terrible and I am going to the b o ard and im going to go the board and sue her.She said I had hot UA when I didnt and then dump after being on pain mangement 8years without. one problem I have all kinds of life threating things gappen since being off my meds I cant take it, If Im going to sffer,She us too.
