Radon Home Measurement and Mitigation (Radon H.M.M.) provides radon testing and installs high quality radon mitigation systems. Based in Fort Collins, CO, we serve clients throughout northern Colorado and southern Wyoming. We are NRPP certified for testing and mitigation for more than 15 years and operate a certified radon laboratory. Radon testing is done in residences, real estate transactions, schools, and large buildings following well established EPA, and AARST or ANSI national guidelines. Owner Dr. Leo Moorman is a leader and teacher in the radon industry, has given yearly talks at the AARST International Symposium on a variety of radon related subjects, and has in the past served as a board member of the American Association of Scientists and Technologists. He furthermore is certified by the NRPP-AARST, member of BBB, Chamber of Commerce and BNI. Dr. Moorman holds a Ph.D. in Physics. Radon Mitigation Excellent and Thorough

We recently moved into a new house in Loveland. Before we moved in we didn't have a radon test. One of our neighbors advised us to do this since our daughter's bedroom was down stairs. We were alarmed to find out that our levels were quite high. We called Leo. He was so thorough and conscientious. He was very prompted and knowledgeable. We appreciated Leo's commitment to not only get the problem solved but also to educate us in the importance of radon mitigation. We are so grateful for his professionalism. If anyone has a radon issue in their house I would absolutely recommend Radon Home Measurement and Mitigation.

Mitigation review

RHMM performed a radon mitigation on our home. They were very professional, did a complete analysis of the problem and potential solutions, and provided a spot-on estimate which included solutions to unknown, at bid time, issues. The work was done to minimize visual intrusion in finished areas and routed with area impacts in mind. RHMM was very successful in reducing our radon levels. If you need mitigation, RHMM should be your choice.

High Radon Level Fixed on First Try

We contacted RHMM because we had done a home test that showed very high levels of radon in our basement. We chose their company due to the high level of expertise/experience. Once they began work on the mitigation system, we were very impressed with their professionalism, step by step problem solving, and successful mitigation. We highly recommend this company. You will be treated with honesty, integrity, and your problem solved with efficiency.

Quality and honesty, unobtrusive install. Great service!

RHMM has mitigated two houses for me (so far). Leo Moorman installed the radon system in an unobtrusive way, you really don't know the system is there. You cannot hear the fan either, he takes special care to make sure the system is basically noiseless.From talking to the owner Leo you can tell he really knows his profession, and that he loves it. His business is not a fly-by-night, thus if anything ever needs attention you'll know RHMM will be there in the future.

Radon Mitigation

We came to RHMM (Dr. Leo) who came to our home for the estimate after receiving the results of our Kiddie Radon Test Kit and realizing we were 5 times over the allowed limit of Radon in our Crawlspace. We know of two neighbors who have been fighting cancer and this prompted us to do our own test.Leo and Dean (Dr. Leo's helper) were very thorough and after reviewing their work, would recommend them. Yes, there are those who can do it for less, but carcinogens are nothing to play with including false security that your Radon Mitigation Problem has been resolved. I have checked their work, and approve of their technique and Leo was very easy to work with. He has incredible repore with his associates (Roofer & Electrician). Each of these professionals were on the site exactly at the perfect time....no waiting....not even 5 minutes. This was my greatest concern when Dr.Leo said he would have these contacts come to do their task of sealing the roof and electrical installation.

We highly recommend RHMM for your Radon Mitigation. They know what they are doing, they think of everything possible for the installation of your system, and they take care when working inside your home. They do excellent work. We have had them install systems in two homes.
