Unbelievable, I called Burkes here in Fort Collins after my mother died, but only got "sorry pal"....then I called Scotchies and was instantly given condolences by Bob and instant service with a "we won't charge you"...This is truly an .

We hired this company to come in and fix our vertical blinds, Stacey was the con man's name. He came in and said he could fix the problem. He never had the right parts with him for starters. Then he said he was going to and pick up the parts, he was gone for three hours, then came back and said he ended up going to walmart and getting some 'odds and ends' parts ,as he called them. He told me that nobody carried the parts for my particular blinds, what a lie that was. He also told me that if the blinds break down again to call him and he would come right out and fix it. Well Mr. Stacey you are a bold faced liar! Five calls later and no Mr. Stacey returning my calls...So to all those people looking for your blinds to be repaired or cleaned....BEWARE OF SCOTCHIES CLEANERS, in particular Mr. Stacey Sorensen....CON MAN!
