Terrible blinds. Asked for help to make sure blind would operate smoothly and results was disappointing. Even ordered a replacement clutch was no improvement. Blind was 69" wide so was concerned about weight but they didn't think it would be a problem. They were wrong. Considered an automatic version but based on the manual it would have failed miserably. Now I have to live with a piece of crap.
