Some of my guests damaged one of my Airbnb properties recently. Servpro came through for me in a pinch. They finished the restoration work by the deadline as promised so I didn’t have to cancel my following rental. Hats off to Servpro!

What would I have done without Servpro's help when my kitchen caught fire. I can't believe the smoke damage it caused, the whole house needed soot cleaning, not to mention repairs to my poor kitchen from the fire itself. Their crew came in and went straight to work! They did a great job putting our place back together before my in-laws came into town to visit. They couldn't smell any smoke odor that used to be quite strong before the cleanup took place. Field technicians were nice, but weren't very knowledgeable. Started the job with SERVPRO and switched to another company mid-way through the job because I felt it wasn't getting done correctly and the general manager seemed like he was constantly trying to get over on us and wasn't very honest. Not a good experience.
