Mr. Shearer coerced a plea against me, now remedied by the court, fifteen years later, when I was being molested by my mother. I spoke up. Shearer did his job and made sure I let her. He talked the cops out of arresting her then, when I had no choice but to stop it myself, coerced a plea to get out of it. I was speaking up the whole time. He did this over 9/11/2001. On 2/11/2016, the trial court remedied the plea, yet somehow this man is still practicing.
He had me arrested in 2015 for speaking up, and for leaving a review about his misconduct, along with four other people, on facebook. He even sought a restraining order to stop me, after threatening to sue for slander and backing down when I told him truth was an absolute defense.
He lost both cases, the criminal and the restraining order, and the plea he coerced was then reversed.
Yes, somehow, he's still free to hurt children with, in his own words, "a two by four or baseball bat," the power of his trade.
Don't hire him unless you want a world of pain.
He'll even have you arrested if he does misconduct against you then you speak up about it.
But he doesn't have editorial control here, and he cannot have me arrested for speaking up in independent mediums.
