Terrible. My boyfriend bought a Toyota Solara and we explained to them that Toyota gave us different information multiple times and Tri City reassured us that they would be able to make the transponder key with no problems. They did not make the transponder key and told my boyfriend that they would try a regular key first and that cost $75 dollars and if that did not work they could make a new transponder key for $175. He gave them all the information including the VIN to the vehicle and still they said it would not be a problem. He went in today because their story changed and they were not able to make the key and gave us the run around like Toyota did. Absolute joke! Wish they had people in their office that actually did research and knew what they were doing because we have wasted $75 dollars to be told almost exactly what Toyota told us and we explained to them in the beginning.
