Terrible selection and high prices!!

I have never been so offended in my life than I was from this company! We have ordered delivery numerous times with this company and almost every time we order we get the wrong thing. All I ever asked is to get the correct order redeIivered. The last time I ordered, we again got the wrong thing. A friend called because she was fed up with the service and asked them to redeliver the correct thing. The person on the phone said he had to see if the driver would redeliver because it was almost closing time. Driver said no and proceeded to say that I am just trying to get free stuff!!! All we wanted was our correct order and what we got was the wrong thing and an offensive remark that is NOT true. I am a business person in this communtiy and know lots of people. They say word of mouth is the best way to get business? Well they just completely ruined that going for them.
