Choose another bank!

In a recent interaction I witnessed the extremely unprofessionally treatment of an elderly woman who was in tears and was subsequently escorted out, though her behavior upon discovering that Wells Fargo had managed to lose a large sum of money was to be expected. The staff was unkind and uncaring in their interactions, behaving in a way that clearly showed that they did not want to do their job. The bank manager was visibly irritated to deal with her and told her to leave, rather than help her.The same day, I closed my account. I dealt with the same manager who dropped my money on the desk and didn't count it back to me. When I informed her that I had banked with Wells Fargo for nearly 20 years and I would not bank with them anymore, her reply was, "Good."The behavior of the tellers, managers, and bankers at multiple locations is immature and incompetent at best. Not to mention that it is common practice for this institution to be more concerned about squeezing out every last dollar through underhanded means without care or concern for the best interest of the customer. I would strongly recommend Chase Bank above Wells Fargo based on my personal experiences with this overall disappointing Bank.
