I have known John and Melanie for 4 years and have worked with John for much of that time. They are the best thing to happen to west Texas from a financial/accounting/tax perspective in years.



It is true that someone who thinks he knows it all seldom sees value in what he doesn't know. My suggestion to this reviewer is to go spend 5 years in college to get your accounting degree, sit for the CPA exam, work for 30 years and then come back and tell us about how what was done wasn't worth it. Because until then, you are just sharing your ignorance with the rest of the world.

I felt compelled to provide a review of Melanie R. Pace Associates, after reading the review posted by Chris Tremblay. I have never met a more honest and knowledgeable staff than the members of Pace and Associates. Both Melanie and John Pace have countless years of experience, and I am truly glad they have been able to assist me in accounting and bookkeeping needs. If you are looking for honest, knowledgeable, and friendly accountants to help with your personal or business needs, I would whole heartedly suggest you contact Melanie and John Pace at Pace & Associates.

I hired Melanie Pace to do a quick job for me. I needed basic financial reports generated by a CPA for a mortage company because I am a busniess owner. I maintain my books on a monthly basis and all of my accounts were already reconciled and up-to-date. I basically just needed a CPA to verify my reports which are easily created in Quickbooks. $1500.00 and 1 day later, I get the official reports which were identical to my own reports I generated from quickbooks using the built in tools from quickbooks. What a rip-off. I had another CPA do this for me for $125.00. Look around before hiring Melanie Pace and Associates.
