My husband decided to pawn off our guitars and amps about a year ago (with out talking to me about it, just found out) for bills. He made payments on them, but they decided to say that my guitar, a black Gibson Explorer, hadn't had payments on it, which is completely false. He didn't keep receipts and wasn't able to prove it, they sold it the day after he tried to get it back. Fairly certain they stole it because one of the employees was just trying to get him to sell it to him. Nothing we can do about it now but I'm livid at EZPawn for their lack of professionalism and my husband for not telling me. I just lost a gift from my father, he used the money from my Grandma's death, so it was pretty much a gift from her that I will never see again. I didn't even see the money. Avoid pawning good instruments here, or if you do, KEEP ALL RECEIPTS!
