Went in to get cookies for my moms birthday. We were treated like we didnt matter. The lady who helped us was very short with us and didnt even smile. Also I noticed she handled the cookies with no gloves or washing her hands. She used the cash register, handled a debit card and then right back to touching the cookies. I dont find that to be very sanitary. Yes, there products are great, and the business is successful. But to me, their customer service is lacking.
