ALDI's is a great place to shop! Their quality is good; sometimes even better than the big grocers, but they do not usually carry "name brands"; instead, it's often made by name brand companies, but private labelled as an ALDI brand. Stores are clean & well organised.
They do not have the big selection that your big grocers have, but for the things you use most, THE PRICES CAN'T BE BEAT! Fresh produce can be fine some days, not so great on others, but again, the prices can't be beat.
If you love chocolate, they have terrific German-made chocolate that rivals any fancy high end brands, on the cheap!
BRING YOUR OWN BAGS OR TOTES, ALDI's does NOT provide free bags; but they do have them to purchase, or you may use empty boxes around the store.
GROCERY CARTS need a quarter coin to use, but you'll get it back when you bring the cart back up to the store and plug the chain into the next cart in the cart line.
For those on a low budget, fixed income, or who just like to save money, it's the best place to shop!!!
