I specifically said don't cut my bangs. She did. I specifically said I wanted the same style. She changed it. Now I have a style that is so short I cannot manage it. I'm furious over the fact I paid money and my requests were ignored. Now I'm faced with wearing a hat for the next three months during warm weather until this mess grows out. I'll never go here again and never recommend anyone else to go here. This was an ugly thing to do to another person. I tried to talk to the manager but they were allegedly too busy. My recommendation: go some place where the manager has time to work with their employees and employees know how to follow directions. They not only ruined my weekend but have ruined my summer with a very bad haircut.
