I spent the weekend in Port Huron, and wanted to start my Christmas shopping. I went to Macy's and immediately found several items of interest. But I needed a shopping cart to place my articles in. After checking the entrances,, I asked a clerk where the carts were. She informed me Macy's do not have carts and I could possibly find one of your 4 STROLLERS in the store if I was lucky. I made a purchase and waited at a counter for 10 mins. while the clerk stood next to a customer, who was trying to decide on an item. I left your store to shop elsewhere, feeling very disappointed. I guess the customer's convenience is not Macy's priority.
