I had one of the worst dining experiences that I have had in a long time at the Mill Bridge. First off, we stood at the door for WAY TOO LONG before we were even acknowledged. The food was mediocre at best - lacked flavor and was room temperature when it was finally delivered to our table, which was 45 minutes after we ordered! I should add there were only a couple tables in the restaurant, it was not busy. The waitress never refilled our drinks and I am saving the best for last - my debit card was ran with the incorrect amount charging me 10 dollars extra. When the issue was to be resolved I was informed they were running my debit for the correct amount of 20 dollars. This meant that both amounts would be taken from my account and the 30 dollars would not be credited to my account for up to 30 DAYS! This means I am missing 50 DOLLARS from my account from this horrible experience. Management added, "If it doesn't show up on your account within 30 days then you should call back." They were not apologetic or did not do anything to accommodate their mistake. I WILL NOT be returning and would HIGHLY DISCOURAGE anyone else from doing the same.
