If you want to be respected, and your time to be valued, DO NOT use Tom’s taxi. Non of the things mentioned will happen to you. The way I was treated was simply unacceptable. My time was wasted, I was frustrated, and I was told to use another taxi, if I’m not happy with that.
I asked to be picked up two days in a row at 6:00 pm, and at 11 am the next day. The first night the driver were an hour late, and the next day, the driver was 3 hours late. Also, nobody picks up the phone. I had to call 15 times ( and that’s not an exadurarion). Then I received these messages. When I got picked up the next day, Tom finally reached me and told me that I can go use another taxi company, if I don’t like the way he operates.
There’s a clear miscommunication, since the times of me getting picked up we’re established on the phone and with drivers the night before. The driver even apologized for being 3 hours late; he was clearly aware of it. And in the end, I was told that I have to “pay no more or less.”
If you have any sense of self worth and respect for yourself, do not use this “company”.

They we're there in a moments notice. Ready with vehicles and with reasonable prices. They are very polite and considerate to their customers.. Thank you Toms Taxi for your great service

This taxi company is the best one in Maine. They are prompt, offer reasonable prices and are very freindly. I highly recommend using this taxi service for transportation near and far.

The owner Tom stopped on I95 north about a couple of miles prior to Lincoln, ME to assist me. I had a flat tire. My granddaughter age 2 and my daughter were with me en route to Houlton to take them home. He gave my daughter and granddaughter a ride home . This mom and grandmom is very grateful! A+++++

Makes you feel at home in taxi cab you can tell he enjoys what he does. When you get in the cab there's no trash it's very very clean.
