I don't know what Stephen S. did to make Allen so angry but it must have been something horrible! We had just the opposite experience.

My husband needed some modification to a camera case and we were getting ready to leave on a cruise. We presented the problem to Allen and he solved it within the hour. He's friendly and personable as well as very skilled. A great find!!

Horrible Customer Service! Yells and curses at prospective customer!

I called around this week for quotes and this guy sounded good. I asked how much to re-sole a men's dress shoe and he said, "starting at $40." Everyone else was $55+ so I thought I would try him and he was nice on the phone. When I got there, he told me $65. I told him another place told me $55, why was it so much and he started yelling at me, saying "GO! I don't have time to F*** around!" I picked up my shoes and said, "I don't either," and I left. I went directly to Coral Ridge Mall and they did it for $53.95! Now, I have more shoes than most women, so this guy lost a really good prospective customer because he has no customer service skills. If he had talked nice and explained why he was quoting so high, I probably would've paid him since I was already there!

I am an extremely satisfied customer. They rebuilt my old shoes to better than new. Quick service, reasonably priced.

I had a very good pair of shoes that the dog chewed. a&l repaired them and they look like new. I couldn't believe it . Great workmanship!!
