Flight was to leave PIE which is St Pete-Clearwater at 2:20 pm to Indianapolis, In. After several delays in which we have been driving 2 hours to the air port they are finally loading at 10:43 pm. Arrival time from 4:xx pm to 1:xx am.

Fight in bathroom in which police where called and several arrested and one sent to hospital we are on our way. All drunk from drinking during delays. WOW

No one should fly this air lines. They do not care ABOUT YOU AMEN.

NOONE answers any phone at various hours of different days. There is NOWAY to use the flex plan ONLINE... uggggggg

caution; booked on line, no contact number to be found anywhere on site only an address to corporate office. Mother in law put in hospital yesterday, need to cancel quickly and sight will not let me although is says I can on line. their web sight down yesterday. very frustrating and wondering if i will get a credit now. won't do this again
