Worst work ever. This contractor shouldn't be granted a license and the state needs to revoke his license.

I hired American Impact Specialist run by its owner Robert Clements to replace Windows and doors. Contrary to his promises, he delivered Defective work, poor workmanship, he installed one of the doors without permit nor engineer plan and as per city inspector report, he concealed faulty work.



During the first week, all the10 windows and 5 doors sealing start cracking and falling apart.



He refused to provide the Final Affidavit of Lien Release and the Warranty documents; he also refused to correct and fix all the deficiencies, and two days after passing the inspection, he put a Construction Lien on my property.



The city inspection was later revoked due to deficiencies, non-compliance and concealed poor workmanship. He was given 10 days to correct all these issues, which 12 days later he still hasn't.



After doing some private investigation, I found out that I was not his first nor the only victim. He delivers poor workmanship then threats customers with construction lien and forclosing your property. He threatened with forclosing my propert and go for the kill as he likes to call it, and that his lawyer has lot of connections because of his brother (the lawyer's brother) used to be a mayor. I was just like woooow, is this really happenning !!!
