Everything gets a zero they are horrible in all areas professionalism zero, promptness zero 4 hours late then when they get there you sit waiting on a truck that takes 3 hours to come Meanwhile your belongings are sitting outside on the sidewalk waiting and waiting they can't fit everything on because they had someone else property on there as well as yours. They realize they can't make the move it is playing so they offer you a storage one month free. So when you call for a delivery then they start making all kinds of excuses they had death in the family that had to go out of town, they can get in touch with you or no we can't move it today and this goes on then the following month you pay $150 plus if you one day late there's a $75 late fee. Meanwhile the price is going up from an original fee now it's double to have your belongings delivered. Before hand it was told no additional charge except for the storage fee price will remain the same as contracted but that didn't happen. Now you're getting all these demands cash now or if you don't pay cash now your furniture won't be delivered. You ask to see your property"No" you must pay first. "OK" the storage you paid on is not in your name and he refuse to let you in.You find out from the storage company he never paid the storage so now it's up for auction. The storage company wo'n't work with you and will tell you this isn't the first time you're the 4th or 5 person. I don't know if they are running a storage Scam and they are all working together robbing people of their possession. I know the ball start rolling with him.The con game they are good at that. Do you know he's still trying to sale me my furniture and I know (factual) it's gone.Overall rating 0 .Run,slam the door or phone and say "No Thanks"

Miss Vetter B Had Contracted D & N Full Moving Service In Regards To Moving A Few Items To Gainesville FL For Her Daughter She Was Giving A Price Of $300.00 Seeing That She Was A Rider & We Had Already Book A Shipment Going To Gainesville FL. The Shippment Was Postponed From August 1st,2017 To August 5th,2017 Miss Vette B Was Notified By Email As Well As A Phone Call That The Shipment Had Been Postponed Until August 5th,2017.Miss Vette B Was Also Notified That She Will Be Refunded Her Security Deposit In The Amount Of $100.00.(We Have The Email As Evidence Stating That.
D & N Full Moving Service NEVER Did Miss Vetter B Move To Gainesville FL,We Never Hold Anyone Items Hostage.
Are Moving Services Contract States Payment In Full Before Truck Is Unload.
