Purchased an entire Frigidaire kitchen suite at Brandsmart in West Palm Beach, Florida a week ago. Spent over $5,000.00 just for appliances on my kitchen remodel.

The appliances were timely delivered and removed from their boxes. Delivery staff installed the refrigerator, but not the microwave oven, dishwasher or stove. Blue protective film was removed from the refrigerator, but not the other appliances. This can be proven by home surveillance footage.

Fast forward a few days and - while removing the protective film from the other appliances - a blemish is found on the dishwasher front panel. No issues with the slide-in stove or microwave oven. This can also be proven by home surveillance footage.

Two phone messages left for customer service staff were ignored. Only when I tweeted Brandsmart in a public social media forum did they respond. In response, they offered a $25.00 credit on a future order. A $25.00 credit on an order exceeding $5,000.00.

Several direct messages through Twitter were for naught. Brandsmart has refused to properly address the issue other than to deny responsibility.

Totally unacceptable lack of customer service from Brandsmart. From ignored messages, to - finally - an acknowledgement and offer of credit, then denial of responsibility.

Saved money at Brandsmart only to get screwed in the long run. Let the buyer beware.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ANYWHERE!!!!! I BOUGHT A KITCHEN AID (WHIRLPOOL) $2,500 REFRIGERATOR IN NOVEMBER OF 2011. IT STOPPED WORKING ABOUT A MONTH AGO, WE IMMEDIATELY CALLED BRANDSMART FOR REPAIR AS WE BOUGHT A 60 MONTH WARRANTY. AFTER 15 HOURS WASTED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE TRYING TO SCHEDULE TECHS TO COME OUT AND TAKE A LOOK AT THE UNIT, AND AFTER 3 TECHS CAME OUT TO SAY THAT IT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED IN A PERIOD OF 3 WEEKS, WHIRLPOOL NEEDED TO SEND THEIR TECHS TO LOOK AT THE REFRIGERATOR - 2 TECHS FROM WHIRLPOOL AND OUR REFRIGERATOR STILL DOES NOT WORK - 5 WEEKS WITHOUT A REFRIGERATOR!!! - STILL FIGHTING TO GET IT REPLACED. BRANDSMART HAS CLOSED THEIR FILES ON THIS AND SAID IT'S NOT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM BRANDSMART AGAIN AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO NOT BUY HERE EVER. THEY SELL YOU CHEAP STUFF AND WHEN IT BREAKS, THEY WILL MAKE EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO TIRE YOU, MAKE THE SITUATION AS FRUSTRATING AS POSSIBLE HOPING YOU GIVE UP AND DON'T BOTHER THEM AGAIN. DON'T SHOP HERE, YOU WILL BE BETTER OFF ANYWHERE ELSE.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AFTER THEY HAVE YOUR "WARRANTY" MONEY - THEY FORGET THAT YOU WERE A CUSTOMER. SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE, EVEN IF YOU PAY A FEW DOLLARS MORE, IT WILL BE WORTH AVOIDING THE HASSLE OF THIS COMPANY. THEY OUTSOURCE THEIR WARRANTY REPAIRS AND THE WARRANTY GROUP HAS NO COMMUNICATION WITH THE SERVIC DEPARTMENT OR CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT IS AN OBSCENE MESS AND JUMBLE OF AGGRAVATION. THE PEOPLE THAT WORK FOR THE COMPANY, NAMELY LINDA SOLOIS, IRENE, RENEE AND MIRIAM IN CUSTOMER RELATIONS HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO CLUE WHAT CUSTOEMR SERVICE MEANS. YOUR TELEPHONE CALLS ARE TRANSFERRED AND TRANSFERRED WITHOUT END AND WHAT IS LIKELY IN HOPES OF JUST HOPING YOU WILL GO AWAY. I CANNOT GO AWAY BECAUSE THEY OWN MY WARRANTY/SERVICE CONTRACT. JUST SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE!
