I SWITCHED MY CAR AND HOME INSURANCE FROM ALLSTATE TO STATE FARM BRICE BROWN'S OFFICE MAINLY BECAUSE OF THE HELPFUL STAFF. WHEN I WAS WITH ALLSTATE IT WAS LIKE PULLING TEETH TRYING TO GET ANY HELP FROM THEM, BUT THE STAFF AT BRICE BROWN'S OFFICE ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. YOU'LL FIND NO COMPLAINTS FROM ME.

SERIOUS BUYER BEWARE: This is by far the most inefficient, unprofessional and seriously disorganized agency I have ever dealt with. I had issues from the time I established my policy with Brandon to trying to make my payments with Cynthia, Victoria or Stephanie. They let my policy expire due to various mistakes on their part, leaving me at serious risk. They even sent me a cancellation notice and a check by mistake on one occasion that I had to send back to Brandon because he made a mistake in my invoicing schedule. This place is an absolute wreck and should not be in business. I spoke to Brice directly and he offered only a half-hearted apology, yet the issues with this agency continued after his assurances they would be corrected. I strongly advise anyone to seek coverage elsewhere. Otherwise, you will deal with a completely incompetent staff AND you will risk not having the protection you need due to misfiled paperwork and an improper customer management / servicing protocol. Big mistake.

This is one of the worst agency that i had to deal, their customer service is horrible, I used to have all my personal policy and business policy with them having them as an agency was not a benefit, but when i decide to change insurance company my new agency sent a cancellation request they never sent this to State farm so they cancel the policy for non payment and through out this time i was expecting a partial refund i never receive it, when today after my telephone call with Mr. Brown i decide and call directly state farm to put a complain, they told me that they have never receive the cancellation form, also they told me that i was not the person authorize in the account so they could not discuss with me anything related to the policy, after a bit of discussing with the supervisor we were able to clarify that i was an authorize user (of course i authorize the payment to them) long story short, the supervisor was going to follow up with the agency and process my refund.

Worst place i'v ever dealt with. I made a minor change to my wind policy . I simply increased my coverage.. the cost was very small,under ten dollars.. Months later I get a bill for that amount but so much time had passed I didn't know what it was for. I called Brice's office and they said they didnt know either and to ignore it as my policy is paid in full. I got another bill for the tiny amount and called again.. and same story.. well Citizens CANCELLED me even though the $2000. premium was paid.. but the 8.00 wasnt.. and then to reinstate it they considered me a new customer and raised it a thousand dollars.. and I have no choice.. mortgage company requires it...

One of the most unprofessional businesses I've ever dealt with. I tried to purchase a higher value life insurance policy after being a State Farm customer for 15 years. It's been two months and I still don't have a policy - or know when if ever I will get one. Mr. Brown himself was rude completely uninterested in helping me when I called today. When I informed him I had reached the end of my patience and would seek out a new agent, he actually told me he was glad to lose me - and then hung up the phone in my ear. Classy operation. State Farm should be ashamed.

Canceled my Auto insurance 11/15/12. Got a voice mail from Brittany on 11/15/12 confirming got the fax from my auto insurance company that I have coverage with a different company, and would get a prorated refund. When going over my bank statement, I was still being charged. Call Brice Brown saying my insurance was never canceled and did not get no request to. Monday after 2 calls wanting to Brice and called back, saying he got my messages, but he wanted to confirm some information, with someone that was out of the office and was going to call me back the next day. ( Great Customer Service skills ). He is suppose to call me back tomorrow to confirm the account is canceled and a 3 refunds has been processed.

I am very pleased with the prompt service that the Brice Brown agency shows. I have found anytime I need any policies or had questions regarding my exsisting policies, the Brice Brown staff have exceeded my expectations. Thanks girls for all of your hard effort!

I USED TO BE A STATE FARM CUSTOMER, BUT WAS UNHAPPY WHERE I WAS SO I SWITCHED TO ALLSTATE. I DECIDED TO GET A STATE FARM QUOTE AGAIN, JUST FOR THE HECK OF IT.IT WAS MUCH LOWER AND I REALLY LIKED THE STAFF AT THE BRICE BROWN AGENCY. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGABLE, FRIENDLY, CARING AND QUICK TO MEET MY NEEDS. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER THERE FOR A FEW YEARS NOW AND WHENEVER I HAVE A QUESTION ON MY POLICY OR NEED SOME ADVICE, I CAN JUST CALL THEM UP AND ONE OF THE SERVICE GIRLS IS ALWAYS MORE THAN HAPPY TO TAKE MY CALL. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE I GET AT THE BRICE BROWN AGENCY. I WOULD REFER IT TO ANYONE WHO ASKS, SOLEY BECAUSE OF THE OUTSTANDING SERVICE I GET FROM ITS REPRESENTATIVES. I GIVE THE GIRLS AT THE BRICE BROWN'S AGENCY 2 SNAPS UP.
