I had a terrible experience with the office stuff. They promised to re-fill my prescription (as an urgent request) and that I’ll be able to pick it up at the pharmacy by 5 pm. When I stopped at same evening at the pharmacy – they told me that nobody ever contacted the pharmacy from the doctor’s office. Once again – the prescription I asked about was an URGENT one!

The next morning, at 9:30 I called to the medical office and asked the secretary why she did not keep her promise to ask the doctor to fax the prescription into the pharmacy? She said that she will transfer me to the person who will take care of it. I started to talk to the nurse. She asked me for all my information once again, like I never talked to anyone a day ago! Thanks for the URGENT prescription re-fill! The nurse told me that she will call me back. In TWO hours of waiting!!! I called back to the pharmacy and asked them if they ever got the prescription from the doctor’s office. The answer was – “NO”.

I had to drive to the doctor’s office. I walked into the clinic and told the stuff that I would like to talk to the doctor. The answer was: “We can make an appointment for you in one week”. Is that possible that the doctor’s office which supposed to heal the people makes the people’s life so frustrated?

Suddenly the doctor came out and told me that the prescription was faxed to the pharmacy 10 minutes ago. He told me that the nurse called me to tell me that but my phone was DISCONNECTED. I have the same phone number for the last 20 years! I told the doctor that I did not receive any calls. The doctor started making fun of me accusing me that I am telling him that there is some ‘conspiracy’ in his office, instead just to make apologies for such unprofessional and bad service. The doctor's name is Brian O'Halloran, D.O.
