Provided by YP.comI sacrificed my birthday present to go to this place, and I was damn happy I did so. I ended up tipping almost everyone I came in contact with that night. The service, the atmosphere, the food..... it all hit the sky and beyond. */|\* The first thing that I loved was the free valet. Too bad the mall doesn't offer that, eh? When you first walk to the courtyard, you can make your presence known to the staff, grab a drink from the bar and stay outside to enjoy live entertainment and get a small but nice window view of the kitchen. */|\* All of the staff were very nice and pleasant to deal with. Our waiter was using a PDA to keep track of our tab instead of writing it all out. The only two forms of paper you'll see in Chima are the menus and TP. */|\* As soon as you tell them you want the $50 steak dinner(and you're an idiot to go there just for the "salad bar"), you can then proceed to go to their extensive and finely crafted salad bar, featuring soups, traditional salads and even some interesting pasta-type salads like Calamari. Once you return, you are instantly bombarded with chefs bringing you giant skewers of meat of all varieties. Lamb, tenderlion, salmon, ribs...... you get the idea. The atmosphere is relatively dim, but pleasant. */|\* My only big complaint was I was not able to taste some of the Lamb Shanks they were offering to other people, but I was full of meat enough not to care. If you want to take your sweetheart to a fancy place where the food is awesome and you both lust for delicate and flavorful food, look no further. And take them down to the beach to walk off all that food. You'll need it.

Provided by YP.comI have been three times to this restaurant. Every single one of my experiences have been The Best. Waiters are permanently coming around your table to make you feel pampered with all their delicious meats. They answer your questions, they guide well.
Best salad Bar !
I enjoyed to see how many young executives and nice "grown ups' family groups" meet at this place ! It is always a great place to celebrate !
First time we came to this restaurant, we did not have reservations. They asked us to wait in the lounge, which we did, and enjoyed a round of drinks while our table was ready.

Provided by YP.comI made a reservation at 10 in the morning for a dinner at 9:45PM. I called telling them that I would be 5 min. late, the girl tells me that with 15 minutes she cancels my reservation. I get there to find out they are running a "little late", and don't even have a beeper for me. Tell me to wait in the lounge. Thirty minutes later we ask for a manager, that for some reason could not even stop and talk to us. While we wait for a manager another 3 people are yelling at the front desk because with reservations made they have already waited 2 hrs. The manager never showed up, front desk girls arrogant, thinking we are stupid saying their setting up the table, it must have been a huge table it took them 2 hrs to set it up. After we get tired of waiting, and not being able to even speak to someone in charge, we decide to leave at 11:10 without eating, and without any explanation to the ridiculous service, and terrible management. Bottom line, it ruined our night, and my Dad's 52nd b-day celebration. RIDICULOUS! So yes, with 15minutes they will cancel your reservation, but we have to wait 2 hrs to be seated.
