I was told about www.clickanerd.com and I had to use it yesterday. I was in the middle of work online and my computer started acting sluggish and then just froze. I called and the tech got with me right away on a weekend night! I was able to sit there and watch him fix it. I learned as he went, and I wasn't worried about him stealing my information - I didn't drop it off to someone and wonder what they were copying. The bill was reasonable for the lack of effort on my part, and I will recommend them to anyone. Thank you Jon for being a great Nerd !! :)
