Worse place to live in. Dont ever move in. Board members are bunch of old people who don't have anothing to do it their life so they are just watching what other people doing and trying to make their life miserable, and in case you did something wrong, you will not get warning letter, they will call you to scream on you and as Tenant don't have any rights best description is: place is same as prison. If you are other rase then white, don't go there, if you are immigrants, or gay, is same tretman and if you have pets, don't even go near there. They will give you friendly advice that even if people that are visiting you, bring animals, they can't get in, but they will tell you to remind your friends to not leave pet in the car, because is hot ;)
