Very easy to find with that big, beautiful hand painted sign on the building.

Everyone is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Whether you're there for advise, a simple washer or complete renovation, they spend time with you.

Actually I just google about Davi's to see what time they close today (Sunday.till4 pm)
I just to read some of the reviews. With my long experience with this place and the staff I can tell you that the staff and the costumer service is great. If I had any small issues the went out of their way to help and advice.
The nasty reviews from cheap costumers that took the time to post their bad reviews are from arrogant costumers.
If you buy tools(cheap as mentioned) or a small part and you come few weeks later or with no receipt most likely you'll not get any refund any store you go to. If you have any problem and you'll come within reasonable time you'll get a refund.
I'm not a plumber but I use this place pretty often. Very recommended

Don't bother going here or reading the rest of the reviews they are mostly BAD and almost all about the same thing I am going to write. I tried to return a faucet cartridge I bought the day before and the guy even remembered me. The price was 30.00 and was the wrong size. I misplaced the receipt. Even though he remembered me they still refused to refund or even give a store credit. They could have cared less. The ironic thing is I was going to turn around and buy a new faucet there.



Seriously there is nothing redeeming about the help or the place. They seem to take pride in the store policy notes posted all over the place. No winner on this one. I have a faucet part that is useless to me and they lost me several other customer from my condo building. It almost seems like they take joy in doing this. Funny my review is just like all the others. Stay away from this joint.

The manager of this store told me three very important things during my visit. First of all, he and the owner do not care one bit what sort of reviews that they get on the online websites. Secondly, they do not care if I ever shop there again. Thirdly, they are doing just fine and do not need me or any of my friends to shop there. So, this review is in no way intended to be feedback to the owner or staff of the store. They obviously, through their own admission, do not care.



This review is a warning to any shoppers who are savvy enough to check for online reviews before spending a lot of money at a place. My wife and I purchased a replacement shower system that did not work and fit our needs. We also bought a tool set to install it. However, we decided to have a professional plumber do the installation. It turns out we were sold the wrong set, and it did not work. The tool set was never used. So, we returned to the store to return the cheap set and the unused, unopened tools. Our intent was to buy a new system and spend $250-$300. However, when we tried to return the unopened tool set we were told that it could not be returned. The person helping us to me that he personally told me that tools could not be returned (I did not, however, purchase the set from him, but another person at the store who did not tell me). I asked to see the policy and after searching the many signs in their store they found the one that said tools could not be returned. So, it WAS posted amongst the 14 other signs telling the customers what they can NOT do if they shop at this store.



Still, it would make sense to take the return of the $17 item so that we would remain customers and buy a $250 system. That is just basic common sense and basic customer service. But despite that I was never told my purchase could not be returned and I did not see the sign mixed in with all the other signs, they held tight to their return policy and told me they did not want me as a customer.



So, I will no longer be a customer. I would suggest to anyone reading this that you consider this before shopping here. And, at the very least, check for and read all of the signs in the store so you know their rules before making a purchase. Trust me, they are sticking to policies whether you know them or not.

If you need plumbing bits, this is the place.

Stay away. This is a most arrogant establishment. I've been there several times looking for special or older parts. Each time it's like they are doing me a favor. Recently I bought some brass fittings for a gas heater in VIRGINIA. I told them that it might be several weeks before I could try them. They didn't fit. I went in to return the NEW, UNUSED parts WITH THE RECEIPT. Nope, more than 45 days. I spoke with the also arrogant manager, "it's clearly posted on the wall".

That $16 and attitude will prevent me AND ANYONE I can influence not todeal with them EVER AGAIN.

Unbelieveably great service. I had my faucet replaced and was unable to find an adapter to rehookup my Kangen water system. The guys jumped on the problem and found a solution. Very helpful and very courtesy. Nobody in Palm Beach County had it. I am telling everybody. Thank you Davis Do-It-Yourself Plumbing Supplies.
