This place used to be amazing, but all their great stylists left and now they only have a couple working there. I was the only client in the place (it's huge), and they charged me $50 for a post-highlight blow dry that took about 12 minutes. No style, no hairspray, JUST a blowdry. I have straight shoulder length hair. When I questioned the lady at the front desk (who I believed to be the owner), she said that she should have really charged me the full price of $60!!!! So first of all, for her to dock the price $10 without me asking, she already must know that the price is too expensive. She got an attitude with me and I will not go back there. Things have definitely changed at Dessange. Stay away and take your business elsewhere!
