Dr. Jeffrey Huttman has been practicing in the field of substance abuse and mental health for over twenty years and is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the state of Florida. Dr. Huttman began his academic pursuits in psychology at Temple University. After earning his Master's of Arts degree in General Psychology from Adelphi University he went on to receive a second master's degree and his Ph.d. in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology. Dr. Huttman specializes in the treatment of chemical dependence and co-occurring disorders as well as acute psychiatric conditions, trauma, and anxiety. He has expertise in diagnostics, as well as program development and administration. Prior to his work as CEO of Evolutions Treatment Center, Dr. Huttman served as the Clinical Director of a psychiatric hospital, Clinical Director of a private residential drug and alcohol treatment center, and Chief Clinical Officer of a treatment center for co-occurring psychiatric disorders. Dr. Huttman's research interests and pursuits include the intergenerational transmission and effects of trauma, the Holocaust, and attachment theory.
