Terrible company. DO NOT USE THEM
DON't think you are getting a good deal.
I rented a car for my Miami trip. Plane was late and was late picking up my car.

My car was cancelled by the company for being 2 hours late for pick up. NO notice in their policy of cancellation or any notice what so ever. Was told to go and request a refund. Refund was denied because I did not pick up the car.
I could not pick it up because they cancelled it and wanted $50 reinstatement fee which I refused to pay. Nothing in their terms and condition have language as to this. I asked to see the policy and they would not provide. What a terrible customer service and lack of understanding of what customer service is.

will report them with the BBB, for bad language, screamings, bad words, abusive disrespect, female employee screams, and uses bad words in spainish, the manager and owner laughs , when we make a complaint,

Hope they will be ouy of businesses, soon, and people like I saw running out the door, it should have been the red flag for me, Do not recommend this place to no one, abusers, but the law it will get to you guys, if there is any to respect in florida, but I am sure the Divine Justice, for the mistreatment to people, and the lack of management and education, will get to you, sooner than later, !!! abusers, and bad educated crew, DO NOT GO THERE, TRAVELOCITY they need to read, what's going on, ,,,, with this agency

Horrible place. I drove 1 hour in traffic to find out that the car has a different price. On the craigslist they put it for 5K cheaper and Ana confessed that it is just marketing and they attract people like that. I said why the hell they lied to me over the phone then and it took me one hour in traffic to get to this place full of liers. She was incredibly rude and even said that I'm lying that it took me 1 hour get to them.



I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Unless you want to waste your time and spoil your mood.

I also caught them on other lies.
