My family stayed at this hotel prior to our cruise. All was well with the stay and overall i was happy that was until i received my bank statement. I was charged a $250.00 charge which after investigation I was told was for a smoking fee. My husband and I where the only individuals in this room and have never smoked a day in our lives. I spoke with Andrew from accounting... He said the director of operations named Marifa will not refund because the supervisor of housekeeping said the was evidence of smoking. Andrew said there is nothing he can do. I then called Homewood customer service and was directed back to the hotel. The lack of customer service shown in this matter and fact that they are refusing to refund my money back for something WE DID NOT DO!!! Made me want to write to warn you as a consumer. I am still disputing this with my bank and don't know when this matter will be resolved. BEWARE!!!!
