Best jewler in town always polite

I took in four watch that needed batteries and cleaning. I got first class service and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this jewelry store. He changed a band on one of my watches it looks like a new watch now. Thank you Nina Give them a try you can't please everyone but I was treated with great service.

Criminal enterprise!!!!!



Just finished filing police report on them for stolen merchandise -- the man is a big liar!



Take pictures of anything you bring to them before you go so you can prove what they stole!



Police has us now looking through old photos to try and find pictures of the jewelry but it's a hassle and not a fun process.



Be smart and never never never ever go to this place which will steal your jewelry!!!



Disgusting, amazing people like this exist in the day of the modern survellance camera -- we will get them and hopefully our lawyers will get our money back but your best bet is to avoid these people like the plague -- horrible!!!!!

I took my $1200 Gucci Signoria watch to have the battery replaced. They did not seal the back of the watch correctly, as this watch is water resistant to 40 meters. The first time I took a shower the watch had water damage and stopped working.



I brought my watch back into the shop and tried to get me to pay them more money to fix what they broke. Then they insulted me and told me I didn't know what I was taking about. The anger escalated and ended with them calling me a "Stupid F**ing B**ch" in front of customers no less.



I had to call the police and make a report and I also reported it to the management company of the mall. Unbelievable, the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my life.



Now I have to pay a "real jeweler" $250 to fix my watch. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Since Mr Wilson left this store, the new owners have totally forgotten the customer service as well as the relationship Mr Wilson developed at his business. Now when you go there, the prices are outregeous. To change a battery they charge $10.00 and do not ask any question or you may get an answer such like if you do not like it I can get the battery out and you can leave.

I recommend the good and decent neighbors in Coral Ridge to stop using their services and look for someone else that may give you better service.

Great store, have purchased from here before, however today I took in 2 watches that I needed sized. Very fast and courteous service and the price was amazingly reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

Went to remove some links from a Tag Heuer watch. George was very helpful, quick and reasonably priced. Later this week will be bringing in a watch and ring for them to check out to possibly buy for the gold. Awesome/highly recommend them!!!
