I had my hearing at alj with Scott Layden representing me from Lavan and niedenberg. After the hearing he said you did well. I said oh. What do you think ? He said you will probably be denied. Shocked and upset I wrote Adam Niedenberg about the situation. Mr. Scott Layden called me and his exact words were "I can't make you disabled". I responded I am. I said my doctor filled all the forms you asked referring to residual and mental limitations. Mr. Scott Layden response, "sorry you had to pay for that". I was appalled. I never paI'd for them just my doctor visit. I felt even during the hearing Mr Scott Layden judjing me. How can a lawyer represent you and by his responses to me not even believe the person he is fighting for. I wish he would have used his cocky attitude with me to the judge. I don't lie. I'm a person of my word. Mr Scott Layden did say it wasn't my fault my doctor isn't good writing medical notes during visits. I have pain and cry everyday. Hope you never feel this way

I did not care for this law firm they never call you back when they say they're going to you talk to different people never talk to the lawyer until the day of your case. they represent you well in court but don't get good out come I had for disability

This law firm is top notch. The staff is very knowledgeable about the law concerning Veterans and SSI. I recommend their services.
